Public presence in Quds Day demonstrations boosts resistance, Iran’s power: Custodian
The Custodian of Astan Qods Razavi (AQR) stressed that people’s large turnout on Quds Day rallies will boost the resistance front and foil the hostile machinations against Iran.

Speaking at Hazrat Zahra Mosque in Mashhad, northeast Iran, on March 11, Ayat. Marvi said: “In Fact, the people don’t need my invitation to turn out in the streets for Quds Day demonstrations. They are themselves better aware of the current affairs of the country”.
Stating that people wisely supported the system and Iran’s territorial integrity since the 1979 Revolution, AQR’s Custodian noted: “Thank God, people are always present on the stage and defend the country and Revolution. They deem it their duty to stand up for their values and aspirations”.
“Today, we witness large public gatherings across the country. This year’s Quds Day will be held under special circumstances as the country is under attack by the savage criminal regimes. In the past, the conflicts were usually indirect, or soft wars; however, today, we’re faced with a head-on hardware war”, Ayat. Marvi stressed.
The top official said today the enemies are fighting with an independent and powerful Iran, noting: “People’s presence will strengthen the resistance, Revolution and national fronts. The enemies’ problems are not limited to the Islamic Republic, they are at loggerheads with the Iranian identity and do not want an independent and powerful Iran in the region”.
“From their standpoint, no country in the region should be bigger and better that the Israeli regime as far as geography, land and population are concerned. The regime needs to stand atop in the region. This is their strategy and the problem is much deeper than eyes can see”, he continued.
Ayat Marvi concluded: “Therefore, it’s our duty to be present on the stage in order to foil the enemy plots in the region. They started from Iran, but their conspiracies are not confined to Iran and the entire region is on their agenda”.
