A move called “Attorneyship of the Oppressed” follows legal affairs of those affected by US-Israeli war against Iran and offers specialized consultations to these people.
The campaign tries to hold the US and Israel accountable both in national and international courts and is considered as a scientific step in the path of legal defense of the oppressed people”.
In line with fulfillment of the goals of this campaign, Imam Reza International University has launched a station in front of its branch for girls at Palestine Square to give legal consultations to those affected by the US-Israeli imposed war. The program is also followed at other centers around the city for easy access to legal services and to offer nonstop legal support to victims of war”.
Attending in Imam Reza International University’s representative, Seyyed Mohammad Mahdi Ghomami, Minister of Justice’s deputy for legal affairs, stated: “These crimes have caused extensive life, financial, and psychological damage to our society. From closure of micro and macro businesses to psychological damages caused by insecurities, all these cases can be filed and legally followed in Iran’s courts under the law passed in 2011”.
Ghomami said: “We are trying to get real compensation by seizing criminal government’s properties. Our goal in international circles is to disclose the fact that these criminals are direct enemies of the people of Iran targeting their dignity. Epic presence of people in the trench will bring final victory to Iran against the adversaries”.
