This mournful ceremony was kicked off by Alireza Nejadhossein’s recitation of Aminullah prayer at Imam Khomeini Portico of the complex.
Hoj. Seyyed Abolfazl Mobarez read his ritual poems about martyred Leader of the Islamic Ummah before the main lecture of the ceremony.
Hoj. Moghri, speaker of the ritual, said: “Our martyr Imam led Islamic Revolution in the best possible way for over 30 years”.
He added: “Iran and the Islamic world have entered a new stage thanks to the great and thoughtful leaderships of Imam Khomeini and Imam Khamenei alongside wise and faithful presence of Iranian nation all around the country”.
Hoj. Moghri went on to say: “Iranian nation had a profound presence at the ceremony to commemorate the 40th day of martyrdom of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution. In Ayatollah Khamenei’s opinion, relying on God did not mean being inactive; rather, he believed that fulfilment of God’s promises is a part of taking action and a real faithful man comes to his top goals by practicing action and patience”.
Elsewhere in his remarks, he mentioned: “The whole world is now surprised by the conscious and authoritative presence of Iranian nation; Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei taught such well-informed and powerful people and this is one of his achievements during his years of leadership”.
This mourning ceremony was continued by eulogy recitations of famous Iranian panegyrists.
