Razavi Food Industries obtains knowledge-based enterprise status for Gluten-Free Products
The CEO of Razavi Food Industries says the company has obtained knowledge-based enterprise status in the field of gluten-free product manufacturing. 

Mojtaba Hadian said: “This title has been granted to the company for gluten-free production of two traditional Iranian breads”. 
He mentioned: "Receiving this recognition introduces Razavi Food Industries as a knowledge-driven enterprise with distinct production technologies; it will also increase consumer confidence in quality and healthiness of Razavi products."
Hadian added: "Focusing on the production of specialized products tailored to the current needs of society, especially in the area of health-oriented products, has been one of the company's main approaches in recent years."
The CEO of the knowledge-based Razavi Food Industries Company stated: "Establishing a specialized gluten-free bread production line and equipping it with necessary technologies, along with research and development activities to acquire the technical know-how for producing these products, have been among key factors in obtaining this authorization."
Hadian went on to say: "Some products such as dried bread (Nan-e Khoshk), sweet bread (Nan-e Shir-mal), and gluten-free flour have been added to the company's production portfolio, and the production of gluten-free biscuits and cakes is also on the agenda of the R&D unit."
He further mentioned: "In addition to creating a competitive advantage for Razavi Bread brand in the flour-based products market, this success also paves the way for benefiting from supports such as tax credits in expanding research and development activities."
Hadian noted: "Given the growing demand for gluten-free products in the market, development of this sector can play an important role in meeting consumer needs and enhancing company's position in the food industry."
Concluding his remarks, CEO of the knowledge-based Razavi Food Industries company added: "This achievement can play an effective role in expanding domestic markets as well as achieving a more effective presence in export markets."
