Khatoon Camp Garden hosts 600 international pilgrims of Martyred Leader’s funeral procession

Khatoon Camp Garden hosts 600 international pilgrims participating in funeral and burial ceremonies of Martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, says Fatemeh Dezhbord, director of the Center for Women and Family Affairs at Astan Qods Razavi’ Karamat Razavi Foundation.

“These pilgrims had traveled to the shrine city of Mashhad from Turkey, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Yemen. They benefited from round-the-clock accommodation services and catering, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks during their stay in Mashhad”, Dezhbord stated. 
She referred to cultural programs planned for these pilgrims, saying “Alongside welfare services, numerous cultural and spiritual programs including Quran recitation circles with the intention of dedicating their reward to the soul of the Martyred Leader, congregational prayers, and other cultural programs were held at the Imam Reza Mukib of the camp”.
The official also announced monitoring, identification, and coordination of Razavi houses for free accommodation of pilgrims. “This action was carried out with the aim of facilitating participation of peole of Mashhad and increasing service capacity during days of the ceremony”. 
Dezhbord concluded: “Decoration of Khatoon Camp Garden in accordance with the atmosphere of the funeral and burial ceremonies of the Martyred Leader was another project carried out by this center. This was done to provide a proper environment for hosting domestic and international pilgrims and also holding cultural and spiritual programs”.
