Military might and robust population are among Iran’s unshakeable pillars: Cleric
Iran’s formidable military power, its robust population, and the deep wellspring of its devotional practices are the non-negotiable cornerstones of its resilience against escalating regional threats, says speaker of Imam Reza Shrine.

Speaking at a significant memorial event in Mashhad, Hoj. Shahab Moradi, declared at ‘Imam of the Nation’ commemoration program, held at Imam Khomeini Portico of Imam Reza Shrine, that power is the absolute prerequisite for confronting threats.
He stated unequivocally that adversaries strike only when they perceive vulnerability.
“Nations possessing formidable defensive capacities serve as an insurmountable deterrent against aggression”, he asserted.
Moradi proclaimed that population size is an intrinsic component of national power.
He elaborated that larger nations inherently command more extensive military and logistical reserves. “Demographic capacity is fundamental to enduring sustained pressure”.
He pointed to Iran’s advancements in defense development, stressing, “Iran’s missile and military programs are crucial elements in ensuring national preparedness”.
“Enemies, thwarted in their direct aims, invariably resort to psychological warfare”, he said, highlighting the continuous expansion of domestic defense industries’ capabilities.
Hoj. Moradi referenced the devotional practices intrinsically linked to the lineage of the Prophet. “These traditions fortify the resolve of personnel contributions to both public service and defense sectors”.
He underscored that spiritual grounding has historically been the bedrock of unwavering motivation in Iran.
The gathering served as a solemn tribute to the late Leader Ayat. Seyyed Ali Khamenei, who was martyred in US-Israeli strikes on March 1.
