AQR donations and endowments, sustainable and purposeful network 

"Public donations are managed precisely and systematically in areas such as food distribution, healthcare, and culture by creating theme-based accounts for donators,” Hoj. Esfandiari stated. 
Referring to the place of vows and donations in Islamic culture, Esfandiari, stated: "Alongside the blessed tradition of Endowment (Waqf), donations play a significant role in emotional connection of the people with Imam Reza Shrine. In the minds of many, a vow is a personal and temporary act that is fulfilled after a need is met; but at AQR, this personal behavior has been organized within a regular, transparent, and structured framework to achieve maximum efficiency in serving people."
He added: "AQR manages donations through theme-based boxes and accounts. This categorization includes various areas such as donations for feeding pilgrims, developing courtyards and porticoes, helping patients and the needy, supporting cultural and media activities, as well as covering educational and living expenses for seminary students and scholars."
AQR’s deputy for international affairs said: "With this method, those making vows—know precisely where their donations are spent in. This level of transparency increases public trust and, consequently, increases people's participation in the public-benefit projects of the holy shrine."
He further reminded: “When vows are collected in predictable, theme-based forms, AQR gains the ability to define precise short-term and medium-term plans based on available resources”. 
Hoj. Faqih Esfandiari emphasized: "Many donations and vows are no longer limited to a specific day or time. We are witnessing the presence of benefactors who annually repeat and renew their vow in a specific path”. 
He concluded: "This continuity means the formation of a sustainable network of purposeful donations that allows AQR to provide its services sustainably and with high quality in all areas”.
