The first coordination meeting of international actors in Mashhad was hosted by Astan Qods Razavi (AQR).
Representatives from the Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly, Al-Mustafa International University, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and several international organizations active in Mashhad attended the meeting which was held to strengthen cooperation among institutions active in international affairs.
Participants also discussed different dimensions of the developments referred to as “Ramadan War.”
The session focused on coordinating joint initiatives in information dissemination, explanatory efforts, and cultural and media activities.
At the beginning of the meeting, representatives of participating institutions presented reports on their international activities.
They also outlined the capacities and programs of their organizations for analysing and clarifying regional developments and supporting justice-seeking movements in global public opinion.
During the discussions, participants reviewed the latest regional and international developments, emphasizing the need for stronger cooperation among cultural, media, and international institutions based in Mashhad in order to increase the impact of their activities.
The meeting also highlighted the importance of designing joint programs.
Participants stressed the need to use the capacity of international elites and activists.
They also emphasized utilizing cultural and media tools to convey messages and present accurate narratives of current developments.
At the end of the session, it was decided that coordination meetings of international actors in Mashhad would continue regularly.
These meetings aim to enable more precise planning and the implementation of joint international initiatives.
