Razavi Pharmaceutical Services Institute supports Mashhad hospitals during Safar

Coinciding with the increased presence of pilgrims in Mashhad during the final ten days of Safar, the Razavi Pharmaceutical Services Institute has taken necessary measures to ensure sufficiency of medicine supplies and meet the pharmaceutical needs of inpatients and outpatients at medical centers.
Referring to the full readiness of pharmacy personnel during these days, Dr. Hasheminejad said, “All staff at the institute’s pharmacies are on standby during the holidays, and all personnel leave has been canceled to ensure continuity of services.”
He added, “In addition to the active staff, replacement and support personnel, including pharmacy operators and technical managers, have been designated to join the service cycle in case of increased visits or additional needs at the centers.”
The CEO of the Razavi Pharmaceutical Services Institute said the pharmacies of Musa bin Jafar Hospital and Javad al-Aemmeh Hospital Pharmacy in Tabarsi Street are busy serving both inpatients and outpatients.
Montaserieh Hospital Pharmacy, Soroor Outpatient Clinic Pharmacy and the outpatient pharmacy at Vilayat Hospital are also ready to provide services during the mourning days.
He further noted that Soroor Outpatient Clinic, as a specialized center providing pharmaceutical services to hemophilia and thalassemia patients, will follow up on the pharmaceutical needs of these patients during this period.
Dr. Hasheminejad also announced pharmaceutical support for Ghaem, Imam Reza, Shariati, and Martyr Hasheminejad hospitals, saying, “The Central Imam Pharmacy is responsible for supplying medicines that may be in short supply for inpatients and outpatients at these centers, ensuring that treatment continues without interruption.”
Emphasizing the importance of strengthening medicine reserves, he said, “Strategic and vital medicines have been stocked at levels exceeding usual consumption at the Central Imam Pharmacy and hospital pharmacies. Serums, injectable medicines, gastrointestinal medicines, and data-x-items needed to treat heatstroke are receiving special attention.”
At the end of his remarks, the CEO of the Razavi Pharmaceutical Services Institute expressed hope that pilgrims visiting Imam Reza (AS) in Mashhad would remain in good health. “In case of any medical need, the pharmacies of the institute will operate at full capacity to provide patients with their required medicines and ensure continuity of services.”
