Ayat. Seyyed Ahmad Alamolhoda, the representative of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Khorasan Razavi Province, has praised measures underway to expand and upgrade pilgrimage spaces and visitor-service infrastructure at Imam Reza Shrine.
During a meeting with Dr. Khalil Kazemi, head of Astan Qods Razavi’s Construction and Maintenance Organization, held at the representative’s office, Ayat. Alamolhoda said: “Significant progress has recently been made in developing and renovating pilgrimage areas, as well as service and welfare infrastructure at the holy shrine”.
He expressed hope that challenges related to pilgrim parking and accommodation would be resolved, stressing: “Any measure aimed at serving pilgrims and addressing their needs would earn the pleasure of Imam Reza (AS)”.
“May your efforts and services receive the special favor of the eighth Imam,” he said. “He pays particular attention to the condition of his pilgrims and guests; therefore, every step taken in this regard will bring pleasure to Imam Reza.”
Also, Dr. Kazemi presented a report on the projects underway to expand and improve the shrine’s pilgrimage facilities. The projects include the major development schemes for the Imam Hussein Portico and the Imam Ali Portico.
