Imam Reza International University (IRIU) initiates comprehensive cultural, scientific, media, service programs to honor the Martyred Leader during upcoming funeral procession in Mashhad, northeast Iran.

Dr. Ebrahim Daneshifar, President of Imam Reza International University, detailed the institution's multifaceted response to the passing of the Martyred Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
He stated: "The university will host 500 pilgrims over three days, providing accommodation, catering, and blessed packages."
To facilitate these efforts, the university organized the ‘Every Home a Mukib’ initiative to encourage local families to provide lodging, alongside the ‘Warmth of Empathy’ campaign for donating blankets to visiting mourners.
Cultural initiatives include the ‘Final Bell’ theatrical performance at the women’s campus, nightly mourning assemblies for students and staff, and the establishment of a ‘Tent of Resistance’ at the university’s Palestine Square. Media efforts feature the ‘Student Narrative’ campaign to capture public sentiment through photography, podcasts, and written reflections. Additionally, the university will produce video clips showcasing student recollections regarding their interactions with the Martyred Leader to be featured on official university channels.
Regarding academic commemoration, Dr. Daneshifar noted: "The program ‘The Memorial of the Leader of Hearts’ will be held in collaboration with the Ministry of Science."
He went on to assert that the university is organizing a seminar on civilization-building at the University of Hilla in Iraq, alongside discourse sessions in collaboration with the Publicity Department of Astan Qods Razavi (AQR) at Prophet Muhammad Courtyard in Imam Reza Shrine. These programs, which include a catering mukib organized with local sports clubs, aim to promote resistance, unity, and empathy during this national mourning.
